What Data We Collect

When you interact with Structur, we may collect: Your name, company name, phone number, and email address. Your IP address and location data (via analytics tools) preferences and usage data related to your interaction with the platform Content you submit, including forms, uploads, and communications Behavioral data, such as click paths, time on page, and features used.

Why We Collect Your Data

We use your information to: Deliver, operate, and improve the Structur platform. Send transactional and promotional communications (with your consent) provide support, onboarding, and training resources. Customize your user experience. Conduct surveys and market research. Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Safeguarding and Securing Data

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data. These include access controls, encrypted transmission protocols, and security monitoring.

Important: Structur emails are always sent from @structur.com addresses. Official login and software access use the structur.io domain. Always verify sender identity to protect against phishing.

You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact certain features.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, communication, and integration partners). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data but have their own privacy policies. Structur disclaims responsibility for external sites or platforms linked from our software.

Google Workspace API Use

Structur integrates with Google Workspace APIs to enhance core platform functionality for end users (e.g., document syncing or Gmail actions). We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models

Children's Privacy

Structur does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from individuals under 13 years old. If you believe a child has submitted data to our system, contact us immediately at

Data Retention

We retain personal and project data only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual, business, or legal obligations. After account termination, your data may be retained for a limited period for compliance, auditing, or dispute resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion if legally applicable.

If you are a paying user, you may request a copy of your project data prior to terminating your account. Structur will make reasonable efforts to deliver this in a machine-readable format (e.g., CSV or JSON) within 30 days. Additional formatting may incur fees.

Restricting Use of Your Data

You may restrict use or revoke consent to data processing by: Adjusting form preferences when submitting data, contacting us at [email protected] to update your preferences.

We will honor your request in accordance with applicable law and platform limitations.

Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to use Structur to: Harass, threaten, or harm other users, impersonate any entity or individual, send spam, malicious content, or unauthorized communications, circumvent access controls or probe the platform for vulnerabilities. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Modifications to the Software

We may update or deprecate features at any time. We will provide notice for material changes when feasible, but do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific functionality.

Service Availability

Structur aims for high uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or service disruptions. Support is available Monday–Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and response times may vary based on your support level. Formal SLAs may apply only if separately contracted.

Data Hosting Location

All user data is primarily hosted in secure data centers within the United States. By using Structur, you consent to the processing of your data in this location. International users acknowledge that their data may be subject to U.S. laws.

Your Rights

You may request: A summary of the personal data we hold about you. Correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and associated data, restriction of processing or communications. Submit all requests to: [email protected]

Legal Basis & Disclosures

We may share personal information only when required by law, in connection with legal claims, or to prevent fraud or harm. We do not sell your data under any circumstances.
