Where is the Org Chart in Structur?
The Org Chart lives in Company Operations. Click Company Operations in the left sidebar, then open Org Chart from the top navigation. Everyone on your team can view it, and users with edit permissions can build and change the chart.
What can I put on each person's card?
Each card holds a full name, job title, department, email, phone, and a card color you pick. Color-coding lets you group people by department or role so the chart is readable at a glance. You can also add people who are not Structur users, since the card only needs their details.
How do I share the Org Chart with someone outside Structur?
Export it as a PNG image. Click Export PNG in edit mode or Download in view mode, and you get a clean image file to send to a client, drop into an onboarding packet, or print for the office. Since the chart lives in Structur, you update it once and always share the current version.
