How do performance reviews work in Human Resources?
Each team member has a Performance Reviews tab where you run quarterly reviews scored across ten categories like Communication, Quality of Work, and Reliability.
You add manager notes and trackable goals, and every review builds into a performance history you can reference over time. Reviews are stored on the employee's record so you always have the full picture in one place.
Can I request and approve time off inside Structur?
Yes. Each employee's Time Off tab tracks annual, used, and remaining PTO days. If Require Approval is turned on in HR Settings, new requests come in as Pending with Approve and Deny buttons, and approved entries record who signed off.
You set the default annual PTO days once in HR Settings and it applies to every new team member automatically.
Can I customize the onboarding and offboarding checklists?
Yes. The Pre-Hire and Onboarding checklists load from templates with default items, and you can click Edit Templates to change them to match your process.
Offboarding works the same way, with a separation checklist plus an optional exit interview so every departure follows a consistent process.
