How does estimating work in Structur?
Structur's estimating system is a line-item builder with templates, cost code groups, internal markup, overhead and profit compounding, allowances, tax toggles, and CSV import.
It comes pre-loaded with LMSOE standard cost codes so you're not starting from a blank spreadsheet. You can create revisions, build multiple estimate versions, and save groups of cost codes as templates for future use.
Can I create multiple estimates for one lead?
Yes. Create as many estimates as you need for value-engineering options, scope variations, or pricing scenarios. Present the client with options that fit their budget.
The approved estimate(s) flow directly into the project budget when the lead converts.
How do estimate costs connect to the project budget?
When a proposal is approved and the lead converts to a project, the estimate line items automatically populate the project budget. There's no rekeying.
