The handbook is organized into chapters, and each chapter holds one or more sections of content. You build chapters by topic, write sections using a rich text editor with headings and lists, then publish them when they are ready.

Your team reads published chapters directly inside Structur, with no separate document or link to manage.

Draft chapters are only visible to users with edit permissions, so you can build and review content before anyone sees it.

Published chapters are visible to your whole team in read-only view. New chapters default to draft, and you can unpublish a published chapter anytime to revise it and republish.

Yes. A chapter can hold as many sections as you need, each with its own title and rich text content, numbered in order.

You can move sections up or down and edit or delete any section in edit mode. Reordering chapters on the index page is on the Structur roadmap.
