How does the Company Dashboard work in Structur?
The Company Dashboard pulls live from your account to show YTD revenue against your annual target, active leads and projects, accounts receivable with aging, goal progress, and your bid hit ratio. You can filter it by today, week, month, quarter, or year, and export the view for reporting.
Set your annual revenue target first so the pace indicator has something to measure against.
Can I customize the goals and categories?
Yes. Goals come with four categories, Revenue, Operations, Growth, and Culture, and you can add your own with the plus button next to the category dropdown. Each goal takes a priority, a description with a deadline, notes, and milestones with target dates.
Progress on your goals rolls up to the Goal Progress card on the dashboard automatically.
What gets captured in a leadership meeting?
Each meeting records a title, date, time, duration, attendees, agenda items, action items, decisions, and notes.
Every action item gets an owner and a due date, and all of them collect in one Action Items tab across meetings. Every decision is searchable in the Decisions Log, so nothing gets lost between conversations.
